No Returns Policy
At New Age Magic, we strive to provide you with the highest quality digital art and prints. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances. All sales are final.
Damaged Item Policy
If your painting arrives damaged, we are committed to ensuring you receive a replacement. To qualify for a replacement print, please follow the steps below:

Unboxing Video: Upon receiving your package, record a clear, continuous video of the unboxing process. The video should:
- Show the sealed package before opening.
- Demonstrate the unsealing of the package.
- Clearly show the damage to the painting inside the package.

Submit the Video: Send the unboxing video to our customer service team at hello@newagemagic.com within 48 hours of receiving the package. Please include your order number and contact information.

Verification Process: Once we receive your video, our team will review it to verify the damage occurred before the package was opened.

Replacement Shipment: If the damage is verified, we will send you a new print of the same painting within 14 business days at no additional cost.
No Returns or Refunds
Please note that except for the scenario mentioned above, no returns or refunds will be provided. We encourage you to carefully review your order before making a purchase to ensure satisfaction with our products.
